Grazing format

The dishes are small, punchy and designed for sharing. Each person chooses a couple of plates each, based on their appetites and dietary requirements. This concept allows you to create a meal of your favourite things, be adventurous and try something new or choose a dish you think your friends will love. On average, guests find two to three dishes per person to be about the right amount.
