Booking Terms & Conditions
To make a booking, we may require card details. We only use this information for last-minute cancellations and changes or if you do not attend your reservation.
Cancellation Fee Terms: We politely ask for at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your table or if the number of guests drops. If you don’t inform us within that time or do not show up for your reservation a £20 per person cancellation fee may be applied.
Running Late? Please TEXT us if you are running late for your table. We will always hold the table in case. However, if we have yet to hear from you 15 minutes after the booking time, we may rebook the table.
Booking Times – Due to other bookings, your party will have a fixed time on the table. See your booking confirmation email for your exact finish time and contact details. If you are running late or the number of guests has changed, please send us a TEXT MESSAGE before your scheduled arrival time to the phone number at the bottom of your confirmation email. Tables will be released 15 minutes after the reservation time. The booking durations are specific to the Menu requirements of your booking & number of guests.
Pre-Orders – A Pre-Order or Chef selection grazing menu will be required when booking a group larger than seven guests. Final orders and guest numbers will be due two of our working days (Tuesday through Saturday) before the reservation date. Any changes after this time will be fully chargeable.
Minimum Charge: We no longer accept bookings for the Cafe (coffee and cake only). Due to the different menus having different service & staffing requirements and booking durations, our booking system retains a proportion of unallocated tables specifically for coffee & cake on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the day. Due to the loss of custom arising from the misallocation of tables, at our discretion, we may apply a minimum charge of £20 per BOOKED guest on reservations.
We will always try our best to give you the table you have requested or booked. However, we may be required to allocate you to a different table. Please be understanding and respectful to our team if we need to do this.
Please inform your server of any allergies when ordering.
Please inform us of any mobility issues before arrival so we can make your visit as pleasant as possible.
H&S notice: We are essentially an outdoor venue. Please be aware that in the event of lightning you will asked to move to your car for your safety.
