Booking Terms & Conditions 

Cancellations – We respectfully ask that you give us 48 hours notice for cancellations so we can refill the table. We do not ask for card details to make a booking because the vast majority of our guests understand the dramatic effect that no shows have on the viability of hospitality businesses.


Booking Times -Your party will have a fixed time on the table due to other bookings. See your booking confirmation email for your exact finish time. Please send us a TEXT MESSAGE if you are running late. If we haven’t received this the table will be released 15 minutes after your reservation time. The booking durations are set to provide enough time to enjoy both a savoury and sweet course for lunch and dinner bookings.  

Minimum Charge – Please do not choose a booking for a Breakfast or Lunch menu if you plan to join us for coffee and cake only. We provide specific booking promotions for those occasions and keep tables available specifically for coffee & cake walk-in guests. At our discretion, we may apply a  minimum charge of £25 per guest on Lunch & Dinner bookings

We will always try our best to give you the table you have requested or booked. However, we may be required to allocate you to a different table. Please be understanding and respectful to our team if we need to do this. 

Please inform your server of any allergies when ordering.

Please inform us of any mobility issues before arrival so we can make your visit as pleasant as possible.
